  • Billing, payment, and account-related notifications
  • Patient review or feedback questionnaires
  • Follow-up and other patient-service communications
  • Two-way text communications with our office regarding your care and services
  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Two-Way Text Messaging

When you text our office, you may receive responses from our staff or automated systems. Please do not use text messaging for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Text messaging may not be appropriate for communicating highly sensitive or detailed medical information. Please do not use text messaging for dental emergencies.

For dental emergencies, please call our office at (706) 860-1352 during regular business hours. For dental emergencies after hours, please call our office emergency phone at (706) 831-9260.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Consent
